anyway to program (TI downloader) to flash in the MSC1210 using USB instead of RS232 serial com port?

Dear experts, 

I'm not the design/software engineer and i 'm not sure how to solve our current issue on programming the 8051 / 24 bit microcontroller- MSC1210Y5.

We have flash in the hex. file to the MCU with the serial flash downloader( TI downloader) through RS232 serial port but unfortunately somehow we have 4 sets of PC's serial port have damaged (burnt)  during the programing in production floor.

 Do TI have any new version of software that allow me to use USB port as the communication terminal so that i can use USB to serial RS232 converter cable instead of connect to serial com port from the PC to flash in the MCU?

Pls help. I think it is the short term solution to program instead of change another PC which have working com port?
