in my fpga, i output a 13MHZ clock to tlc5602 and tlc5602 connect a TV.  synchronously ,fpga output video signal from external  to tlc5602.

but i can not see  image on TV screen.

i guess the clock frequency is not right.but what is right frequency should be ?

    A 13MHz clock is within the limits of the device (20MHz max) so I don't think this is the problem.  Verify that the clock levels are within datasheet specifications.  If there are further questions please submit a new post and provide a schematic to assist in troubleshooting.
