HI;

I saw in the datasheet, ADS62C17's AC PSRR specs is 25dB for 100mv p-p signal on the AVDD supply, does this means if there is a 100mV p-p noise voltage on the AVDD supply, the ADC's output will has a 5.6mV noise?

this noise is a little bit large.

    Hi Donald,

    Yes, that is correct. Keep in mind that a 100 mV ripple on an analog power supply is a very large amount of ripple. Sufficient filtering of the analog power supply is required for best performance, either through an LDO or with passive supply filtering.
