I am looking for a replacement for the ADS7824P.

I need the same input and conversion capability (number of bits) but I need a smaller package (serial only).

Only one A/D input OK, prefer four.

    Hi Joseph,

    The ADS7824 is also available in the SOIC.  There are also other possible options for a 4-Ch 12 bit SAR ADC:

    ADS7841, 4 Single -Ended channels/2 differential channels, Serial SPI interface, SSOP-16, 200kSPS

    ADS7924,  4 SE channels, I2C interface, 3x3QFN 16, 100kSPS

    TLV2544, 4 SE Channels, Serial SPI interface, SOIC-16, TSSOP-16, external or internal reference, 200kSPS

    TLC2554, 4 SE Channels, Serial SPI interface, SOIC-16, TSSOP-16, external or internal reference, 400kSPS

    Nice devices but they do not have the +/- 10V input range of the ADS7824

    Hello Joseph,

    My apologies, I missed the +/-10V input requirement.

    The ADS8512 single channel 12 bit +/-10V range with serial interface on SO-16 package, supporting 40kHz sampling rate. The ADS8508 is a 12Bit +/-10V single channel with serial interface device available on the 20 pin SO package, supporting 250kSPS .  The ADS8519 is a 16 bit device available on the 28 pin SSOP package.
