Finding 14/16-bit differential input ADC

I have voltage range of 0 to 5V on both differential Inputs of ADC with Vref of 2.5V,

Can any one suggest me an 14 or 16 bit ADC for the above said input configuration with arround 500ksps to 2ksps.

I am in urgent need. The IC now i am using is AD9241 from analog devices, but i want its TI solution.

We don't have an exact match for the specs you are asking for.

At 500kSPS I would recommend looking at the ADS8318 - This is a 16-bit, 500kSPS, differntial input part but would require a Vref of 5V in order to accept a 5V differential input range

For faster speeds you could look at the ADS8412 - This is a 16-bit, 2MSPS, differential input part with on onboard 4.096V reference. This would give you 0-4.096 differential on both inputs.
