ADS7263 Analog Input Impedance

Hi,

We have a question regarding analog input impedance.
We found that there are  descriptions of analog input impedance on page 4, 16 and 17 of the data sheet.
Could you please tell us the maximum and the minimum regarding CPAR, CS, RSER and RSW?
We guess that they are around +/-20% of the typical value.
