ADS6244 Deskew

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS6244

I am using the ADS6244 and want to use the deskew test pattern. I have read the datasheet but I am not completely sure how the data is output. It says that <D13-D0> = 10101010101010. So does it matter if I am in 2 wire or 1 wire mode? Will I get the same pattern on each wire. Or depending on the data mode (bit, byte, word) will I get a different pattern out? As bit mode has the even bits on one wire and the odd on the other. So I would end up with 1111111 on one wire and 0000000 on the other.
