Hi,

Please let me know about output state of ADC14C080 at power down mode. I'd like to know if it will be Hi-Z or Low state at power down mode. I checked the datasheet and understand that the internal circuit of output is CMOS totem pole, but I'm not sure if the top and bottom CMOS FET will be off at power down mode.
