Hi,

in LMP91200EVAL is used ADC141S628, but i didn't find it on TI pages.
What are parameters of ADC141S628? Is there any datasheet for ADC141S628?

Hi,

No datasheet is available for the ADC141S628 and it is not available on the web. It is a 14-bit 200kSPS pseudo-differential SAR ADC.

Hi,

The main difference between them is the ADC141S628 has a pseudo-differential input while the ADC141S626 is a true differential. That means if you use the 628 with IN- at ground and IN+ with the signal you will get a 14 bit output (from 0x0000 to 0x2FFF). If you have the same setup with the 626 (IN- at ground and IN+ with the signal) the output will only be 13 bits (from 0x0000 to 0x1FFF). See figure 38 in the ADC141S626 datasheet.

Besides that the specs of the two parts are comparable.
