ADS556x exposed pad connection

I'd like to find out which where exposed pad is connected  (DGND, AGND)?

Any idea?

    Murat,

    The power pad is actually connected to both the DGND and AGND. If you refer to our ADS5560 EVM design package's layout information, you may find that the EVM is laid out with a single ground configuration. The placement of the device and surrounding circuits are planned such that the DGND area and AGND area are fairly isolated such that the disturbance of one do not interfere with the other. The two grounds are then tied together near the DUT to minimize any type of ground loop and ground potential differences.
