PFR<=1/(DEL+n*F0) , where
PRF - pulse repetition frequency
DEL - programmed delay
n - programmed number of pulses
F0 - TX frequency

I request you to mention PRF range supported by LM96570 IC. like max center frequency supported by lm96570 is upto 80 Mhz.

Tx_en(ON)=n*(1/F0)
Tx_en(OFF)= 2*d/c
d - depth of scan
c - avg sound velocity (typically 1540 m/s)

In fact there is misstype error in the formula I gave you. It should be like this:
PRF<=1/(DEL+n/F0)
The above formula gives you the maximum possible PRF. However, in medical applications you should follow the physics and calculate PRF exactly as you did.
