    Hi Senthil,

    The inputs to the ADS1254 only take a differential signal.

    Most likely you would use a buffer prior to the inputs anyways, and could use the external buffer circuitry to perform a single-ended to differential conversion.

    Alternatively, you could set the negative input  to a mid-scale voltage, but then you would be limiting yourself to half the input range. This causes a loss of 1 bit of effective resolution.
