Hello,

My cusotmer is looking for ADC like "LTC2312-14" in TI products.

Although I looked for comatible ADC, I could not find it in TI products, to my regret.

So I will recommend the customer following SAR products.

     ADS8509, ADS8422, ADS8345

If you know more appropriate device than these device I listed up, please let me know.

The ADC specifications from the customer are as below.

    - over 12 bit resolution

    - over 100KHz SPS

    - reference 4.095V (input signal is over 2.5V)

    Takumi-san,

    I don't see too many options for an LTC2312-14 replacement. However, I did see some that might be made to work.


    The TLC3541, the ADS8319, and the ADS8864 all are similar parts. However these would also need an external reference. Most of these datasheets show some sort of design using a REF3240 or REF5040 that could supply the reference.
