I'm looking for the specs on PCB layout/landpattern for the ADS1298 / S-PQFP-G64.

Where can I find the information?

Thanks for your post. I believe what you are looking for is found on page 90 of the datasheet.

thank you for your reply. I believe that is the device mechanical drawing. I was hoping the PCB landpattern recommendations was available.

Hi Johan,

Sorry, I see what you mean now. I'm not sure why the Land Pattern is not included in this datasheet. Based on the device packages, the Mechanical Drawings and PCB Land Patterns are supposed to be automatically appended to the end. I will work on having this page added to the ADS1298 datasheet.

Meanwhile, you can refer to the ADS1672. It uses the same PAG (S-PQFP-G64) package and the Land Pattern will be the same as well.

When working on the datasheet, maybe you can add also the land pattern for the NFBGA-64 package.
