Hello,

I have an ADC1675REF board and I'm trying to run it but I'm having an issue with one of the configuration fields in ADCPro. I'm able to change the Comm Mode, Data Rate, and FPATH but I want to be able to change the Low Latency Config from fast to single-cycle settling. Can you assist in this?

Hello John -
The Low Latency Configuration is fixed to Fast Mode for the software. In designing/writing the software, we aren't always able to support all features/modes the device is capable of. Therefore we generally selected the settings that are the most common in these cases.

Hi Greg,

While not having the ability to change the low latency configuration is not ideal I think we can work with it.

Is there any way to change the sample frequency? I see it is defaulted to 1MHz but I would like to lower to match what we are doing with an existing application.

Hello John -

You should be able to change the datarate via the DataRate dropdown control (see page 14 of the datasheet) for software supported options. You could potentially connect you own clock into the system, but this would not be supported by the software (or it may work OK, but some of the calculations may be off due to the datarate being incorrect).
