Hello,

The customer would like to use ADS42LB49 with 93.3C of Tj(max).
Could you please let me know the parameter which the parameter specification will be worse with this Tj(max) ?

    Ryuji,

    If you are asking if the performance degrades with Tj = 93.3C, the answer is no. If you are asking about ambient, at 93.3C the performance will be degraded. The data sheet does not guarantee any measurements above 85C.
