ADS5401: can I apply D3.3V on IOVDD

Hello, I read the datasheet of ADS5401, all testing condition of IOVDD is D1.8V. But on page6 "electrical characteristic", it says that minimum of IOVDD is 1.7, maximum is 3.45. My question is can I apply D3.3V on IOVDD, and will it induces extra problems? Thank you.

Hi,

You may operate with the IOVDD at 3.3V. Besides the spec on page 6, if you look at the specs on page 9 for the digital inputs and output you can see that the input voltage thresholds are specified relative to IOVDD and the output voltages are specified relative to IOVDD.

Hi,

I just want to make sure, if I operate ADS5401 with the IOVDD at 1.8V. Can I connect the IOs of ADS5401 with 3.3V FPGA bank.
