The clock paths of the 2 channels in the ADC14ds080 are symmetrical, so the sampling instants of the channels should be matched and will track each other over supply and temp. Though, there will be process variation that will create a small amount of skew. This skew is not characterized, but I would estimate that it is less than 100 ps. Sharper clock edge rates should be used to ensure good sampling instant matching.
