ADS7263EVM - /CS pin voltage would not rise above 1.2V

Hello Team,

Could you please allow me to ask you the operation of ADS7263 ? Our customer is using the ADS7263EVM, trying to control /CS = High pulling up the pin to 3.3V through 100k Ohm resistor. However, /CS pin voltage would only rise to 1.2V and stays at this voltage. Does this pin have internal pull down, such like 50k Ohm ?

    Hello Kawai-san,

    Could you please clarify to me whether your customer is using the ADS7263EVM by itself or whether they are connecting it to a motherboard?

    Neither the EVM itself nor the IC have pull-down resistors; so I cannot explain the phenomenon you are observing.

    Hello Jose-san,

    Thank you for your support. We have been confirming our customer set-up connection and found that they had connected 3.3V to a wrong pin. It would be nice to have a test pin or easier access to the power pins.
