Hello

I'm engineer who working on medical( or health care) sensor field.

Nowadays, Our company try to develop HRM. 

I want to use AFE4403(or AFE4404), TPS62746 and BQ24045.

But we want these parts as KGD package. TI only sell these as DSBGA(WL-CSP).

I have company account for TI, but I don't want to open company information in community.

The main question is, can I buy that product in KGD form?

And Is there any way to buy TI's semiconductor  in KGD form which not listed up in " link below?

Is there any requirements to buy?

I'll be happy if TI's employee tell me e-mail which can discussion about this.
