Dose DAC7714 work corrently in ±12v supply?

In my recently project, the are two kind of supply voltage 5v and ±12v, and I want my DAC output from 0V to 5V.

As it noticed in the DAC7714 data sheet, the supply voltage for DAC7714 is 15V or ±15V.

So, my question is that: does DAC7714 work correctly in ±12 supply?

Hi Yefu,

The DAC7714 is design to operate using +/-15V supplies. Using +/-12V supplies is out of spec and may cause higher current draw than specified in the data sheet. Additionally, we cannot guarantee any of the specs in the specifications table on pages 2 and 3 of the datasheet when running the power supply out of spec.

Yefu,

We have a variety of DACs that can be run at +/-12V. Is their a reason you have selected the DAC7714? If you lay out some system specs and may be able to point you to a DAC that better fits your system.
