ADC1173 How to use Single Power Supply OP AMP instead of Dual power supply

Hello

According to the application circuit of ADC1173 page on 17, Figure 26. Simple, Low Component Count, Self -Bias Reference application.

This is only recommended for using Dual(+/-) supply OP AMP, LM6181.

I would like to know that how to use single supply OP AMP instead of using Dual Supply. This is because user is inconvenient for Using Dual Supply in terms of Cost

and Complexity.

What is the maximum signal frequency you are planning to capture with the ADC?

Do you need the signal path to be DC-coupled?

Once I have this information I will make a recommendation.

The input frequency is 10MHz-max.

If I use single supply OP AMP, is it right to use Coupling Capacitor for input port ADC?

Please let me know the recommend OP AMP reference circuit.

Hi Jin Kyung

If you need to use a single supply amplifier you could consider something like the LMH6611. It can operate from a single 3V supply and has Rail to Rail output. It should have enough bandwidth to handle your signal.

If you need more support regarding the amplifier I recommend you post a question to the High Speed Amplifiers forum on E2E.
