Hello,

Could you tell me the timing specifications of minimum RST pulse width.
How long should the RST pulse take Low?

Hello Itabi,

Based on other parts who share the same power-on-reset circuitry, there is no minimum pulse width, the reset pin is falling edge trigered. To give a specific answer though, a minimum of 20nS pulse will get the job done. Also, after reset, it is recommeneded to wait 2uS before issuing a command.
