当环境温度升高到40摄氏度时，ADS数据输出异常波动，随着温度升高到45摄氏度，输出将变为全0。

PS，ADS7816从TI代理商mouser 官方网站采购。

这个问题困扰我很久了，一直找不到原因，我已经做了大量充分的实验。

The output of ADS7816 from normal to zero when the temperature rises above 45℃.I bought ADS7816 from  Mouser, which is one of TI‘s disbutor.

This problem puzzle me for a long time, and I have done a lot of experiments .

    Hi Maoxin,

    Can you please upload your schematic including whole front-end and reference circuit? Did you check if the reference voltage and power supply to ADS7816 were correct when the temperature was above 45℃? thanks.

    Hello,Dale Li, first of all, thanks for your reply!

    I connected 8 cable to each pin of  ADS7816 ,to make sure the ADS7816 is about 20CM away  from the main PCB board ,

    then i heated up ADS7816  separately, when the temperature rise above about 45℃,the error occurs again.

    I was frustrated by this problem，and I just replaced the ADS7816 with ADS1118，whitch has SPI interface too,

    the ADS1118's operation temperature range is -40℃~125℃,it is wider then ADS7816,  so i heated up ADS1118 separately to 100℃,

    the error never occurs.

    But now,i still want to know the reason of this problem，because i don't want to redesign my circuit.

    Hi Maoxin,

    ADS7816's working temperature(-40~85°C) is guaranteed by us, it shouldn't have any problem working at +45°C temperature, also we never had any report for this before. The suggestions for you,  please request few samples from TI.com website to test again or contact our local support team(TI or distributor) to get the samples and field support. Thanks.
