ADS8326 fdclock maximum specification

Hi All,

I am looking for the fdclock specification for this part when operating at Vdd=3.3V.  The data sheet lists fdclock at 2.7V (4.8MHz) and 5.0V (6MHz), but not at 3.3V.

What is the fdclock maximum specification when operating the ADS8326 at Vdd=3.3V?

  • Hi Aaron,

    The ADS8326 characterization data available was taken with a supply VDD=5V (fdclk=6MHz, fsample=250kHz) and VDD=2.7V (fdclk=4.8MHz, fsample=200kSPS).   All characterization/performance data are taken under these conditions.  Unfortunately, when using VDD=3.3V, we can only guarantee that the device will work properly for the lower timing (fdclk=4.8MHz max with VDD=3.3V) over temperature and process variation.
