Do we have a DAC ( SPEC is similar as DAC6311) with a less than 1mm height ?

The only thing that I can find that comes in a low height package is the DAC7551, which comes in a USON-12 package. I think it has a height of 0.6mm.

Read through the datasheet specifications to see if it will work for your customer.

I was also looking through the portfolio for low height devices. There are a couple of options that are NEARLY 1mm - I'm not sure how tight the requirement is. I applied a bit looser of a filter looking at a wide range of resolution / performance choices, only single channel devices.

Matches:

• DAC161S055 (16-bit, RGH package, 0.8mm height)
• DAC8551 (16-bit, DRN package, 0.6mm height)

• DACx311 family (8-16 bits, DCK package, 1.1mm height)

• DAC121S101 (12-bit, DDC package, 1.1mm height)
• DAC7512 (12-bit, DGK package, 1.1mm height)
• DAC8531 (16-bit, DGK package, 1.1mm height)

I would agree that DAC7551 is probably the nearest match.
