Hi Team –

I was hoping for some feedback on a couple issues we’ve come across.

Using the ADC12J2700EVM (with TSW14J56EVM), the 1GS isn’t working and is complaining about the clock… Other than the drop down, are there other modifications that need to be made? The 2.7GS and 1.6GS seem to work as expected.

For the ADS54J60EVM (with TSW14J56EVM), is there an easy way to run the oscillator at 1GS, not the 983.04MHz?

Dan,

For the ADS54J60EVM, you would have to either replace the on-board 122.88MHz oscillator with a 100MHz oscillator, or provide the board with an external 1GHz clock.

For the ADC12J2700EVM please try the following. Put this updated .ini file /cfs-file/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/73/3716.ADC12J4000_5F00_BYPASSb.ini

into the following directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\High Speed Data Converter Pro\14J56revD Details\ADC files

Once this change is made re-start High Speed Data Converter Pro and try to set everything up again. When choosing the ADC in High Speed Data Converter Pro, select this "ADC12J4000_BYPASSb" instead of the normal "ADC12J4000_BYPASS" item. This should resolve the issues when configuring for 1000 MHz clock rate.

Please let me know if this doesn't work.
