ADS7230/8330 SPI interface failure, EOC fault after twice re-flow process

Hi Team,

My customer reported ADS7230/ADS8330 SPI failure after twice re-flow process in PP. EOC pin and failed to response correctly with 50% chance after power up.

We have done power sequence checking, SPI interface checking, register configuration checking. No issue found.

On Web, there is a soldering temperature notice on ADS7230 revision 2008 datasheet which has been removed from the latest 2009 revision datasheet. This datasheet says the lead temperature soldering temperature cannot be higher than 220 degree.

What is the proper re-flow temperature curve for ADS7230/ADS8330 QFN package?
