ADS7952 Register address Bits [0:15]

Hi,

I can't able to find the Register address Bits [0:15] for ADS7952 ADC, in the datasheet i can't able to find. Can anyone help me out solving this?

Please tell how to access those registers.

Hi Saravanan,

The ADC's registers can be accessed as per the timing diagrams mentioned on page 18.
For information regarding register functionality and device programming, please read section 9.5 of the data sheet.

Hi Rahul,

Thanks for your quick response. Using timing diagram how could I get the register address bits, for my chip set it is 12 channel. So i need to know the register address bits for 12 Channels.

Table 9.5 refers to the input voltage ranges which is based on the full scale, Mid scale and zero level based on the digital outputs.

Hi Saravaran,

By section 9.5, I meant "Programming" section of the datasheet. This has the details regarding register bits.
