ADC10080 Vref input impedance

The ADC10080 data sheet page 2 shows the bandgap voltage reference connecting to the VREF pin through an internal resistor. What is the value of that resistor?

Table 1 on page 3 shows no resistor!

There is no spec for Vref input impedance.

I'm looking into this, but this is a fairly old device and so far I have not located any information giving more detail on the value of the resistor or the input impedance of the Vref input.

I'll respond as soon as I find something.
