I would like to know if there is an application note about the interfacing driving input circuit when a zero IF signal is received.

If not, what is the recommended circuit ?

Here is a new TI design that shows use of the THS4541 fully differential amplifier as a DC coupled ADC driver. This signal chain could be used for a zero IF receiver:

Can you let me know the bandwidth you need for your application? We have a number of fully differential amplifiers that are appropriate for this use case and I can check to see if the THS4541 is the best choice.
