Hi,

What is the best component to synchronize several  ADC3423 or ADC3424 at 80 MSPS clock ?

    The LMK04806 would be a good option. It has 6 sets of clock dividers, each with two sets of outputs and a dual loop PLL that can optionally be used to clean up the input clock. This could be used to distribute both the sample clock and the sync signal with a single oscillator input.
