DAC3283EVM: DAC3283 Buffer for DACCLK and OSTR

We are planning to use a single SN65LVET22 (Vcc @ 3.3V) to provide inputs to the DACCLK & OSTR inputs of the DAC3283 with the circuit shown in figure 45 of the DAC datasheet. Are there any concerns with this configuration? The skew from the SN65LVET22 is 50psec so if the source and PCB skews add to less than the 200psec set-up and hold requirement, we believe this configuration is acceptable. Please verify.

Steve,

The OSTR must meet the equation shown below from the sheet 8 of the data sheet. Are you providing a divide by 8 or more (based on "n" or intep factor)? It did not appear that way when readying this post. If you are and you the clocks meet the 200psec setup and hold times, I do not see an issue with this.
