Hi,

Let me ask you some questions about Serial I/F timing of ADS7957-Q1 as below.

Q) 7.8 Timing Requirements, page 11

There is a table about I/F timing on 11 page, "7.8 Timing Requirements".

This timing specification is valid for all SCLK frequencies under 20MHz, right?

Or just for 20MHz clock?

Do you have a TI document which explains SPI specifications for customers?

There is no specific document that explains SPI as such. It is generic thing and you can refer to any online document on SPI for this.

We have come up with MultiSPI communication interface that reduces design complexity and cost, as well as debug cycle times, for SAR ADC-based data-acquisition systems. Some of our newer precision SAR devices such as ADS89xxB and ADS91xx have this implementation. You can refer to below link for more information on MultiSPI
