ADS5409EVM: Can it connect to Altera development board with HSMC-ADC-BRIDGE ?

there could be two issues.  One, the bridge card would only route the LVDS signals from channel A of the ADC to the FPGA development platform.   The schematics for the bridge card under the design files link to the zip file for the physical design of the card.   Likewise the ADS5409EVM has a zip file available on the TI web site for that EVM.   The ADS5409 uses pin connections on both sides of the Samtec connector off the EVM, and the bridge card only has connections for signals down one side of that connector.  There just weren't enough available LVDS pairs defined into the Altera connector to handle all the LVDS pairs from both channels of the ADC EVM. 

The other issue is that since the bridge card was designed we have gone to using a connector from Samtec for our EVMs that have guide posts on each end of the connector and these post snap into the mating connector, holding the two boards together more firmly.   The bridge card does not use the connector with the posts, and when trying to snap it into an EVM that does have the posts the connectors won't fit.  There is interference in the plastic body of the connector.   This can be overcome however by taking a knife or fine saw blade and unsoldering and removing the locking posts from the ADC EVM.  We have done this on occasion.  In fact, the EVM that was used for the photo on the TI web site for the ADS5409EVM looks like it has had that operation done to it.

I understood it have two issues.

<1st Issue>
Is the first issue settled if they can accept connection only for channel A?

<2nd Issue>
Is the second issue settled if they can remove the locking posts like a photo on the TI web site for the ADS5409EVM ?

Can it connect to Altera development board with HSMC-ADC-BRIDGE if two points of above is settled ?
