hi Everybody,
I am working on a signal which should be sampled and integrated.
sampling rate >= 3.3 MSPS
resolution >= 12 bit
please inform me with an ADC having some buffer on it and calculate integration?
regards,
Rasool

Hello Rasool,
Unfortunately, we do not have a SAR ADC that incorporates an internal buffer supporting 3.3MSPS.
The ADS7881 is a Single-Ended 12-B SAR ADC supporting 4-MSPS with a digital parallel interface. It incorporates an internal reference and reference buffer.
Another option is the ADS8422, 16-B fully-differential input SAR ADC, with parallel interface, incorporating an internal reference and reference buffer.
As Joe has mention, if you let us know the amplitude, common-mode, input frequency and impedance requirements from the Rogowsky coil, we could suggest an external buffer circuit to work in your design.
Thank you and Best Regards,
Luis
thank you Luis,
please excuse me for the misinforming about buffer in the previous posts. i need a buffer for data, a memory storing converted samples.
there is an original current which is sensed by a rogowski coil.
should to sample the rogowski signal and integrate it
i am finding an ADC equipped with some memory.
regards,
Rasool
Hello Rasool,
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer a SAR ADC that incorporates memory and/or an accumulator performing the integration operation and supporting 3.3MSPS at 12-B resolution.
The ADS7881 will provide the 12-B data for each conversion through the parallel interface. One possible solution is to perform the integration on a controller or FPGA.
Thanks and Regards,
Luis
