Hi Team,

Please allow me to ask you about DAC081C081 I2C data mapping. Below figure is shown in the datasheet and I believe this example is for DAC121C08x. I wrote my understanding in RED for DAC081C081 data mapping, however, is my recognition correct ?

Hi Kawai,

Thanks for your query. You are right. For 8-bit versions of this DAC family i.e. DAC081C081 and DAC081C085, the word format is as you have shown. This is depicted in Figure 26 of the datasheet as well.

Hi Uttam-san,

Thanks for your prompt response. Yes, I noticed about Figure 26, just wanted to double check. It would be helpful if TI could modify typo in the figure 24, 25 at the next datasheet update.
