Hello, I am trying to start acquiring signals with my ECG demonstration kit but when I connect it to the computer the program tells me that I have to reset the hardware and due to a time out I must exit, I read the FAQS of the part but my MMBO is the REV E and in that post they only solve questions about REV C and D, also when I installed the software a window displayed saying if I want to install the USB driver and I did it but at the end it show a window saying that it couldn't found the library libusb so I am not sure if that is the problem why I can't communicate my hardware with the software.
