DAC8718EVM: Pinout on DAC8718 Eval Board?

I'm looking at the DAC8718 Evaluation Board, pictured on the first page of this. What is the order for numbering the pins?

For the J1 pins on the left side, is the first row 1 and 2, then 3 and 4, and so on? What about for the J3 pins at the bottom center?

I read through the user guide, but didn't see anywhere that explicitly listed the pin numbers.

The J1 header has pin 1 on the north-west corner, indicated with a rectangular solder pad (the others are rounded), J3 has pin 1 in the south-west corner, indicated by a rounded solder pad (the others are rectangular). The user guide has a few images of the layout where it is more clear (figure 2 and 3).

Ok, thanks. And do the pin numbers go up by 2-pin rows (1 and 2, 3 and 4, ...) or do they increase counter-clockwise like on ICs?
