ADC32RF45: SLOW_SPEED_EN Setting

Hello,

I'm running the ADC at 2048MHz, and the JESD204B settings page won't program if I set the SLOW_SPEED_EN bits to 1. If I set the SLOW_SPEED_EN bits to 0, then the ADC functions like I expect and I can link over the JESD204B interface. It seems that previous versions of the datasheet have the SLOW_SPEED_EN threshold at 1.75GSPS but the current datasheet has 2.5GSPS. What should the setting be and am I at risk for reduced performance in this speed range?

Hi,

I am checking with our design team. I just brought up my EVM at 2Gsps, and can capture the data in the TSW14J56 whether the slow speed enable bits are set or not set. Also I can continue to program the JESD page registers whether the slow speed bits are set or not set, although when I have the slow speed mode set on my EVM at the moment the performance is worse and that is what I am asking the design team about. Are you using the EVM into the TSW14J56 using the SPI GUI, or is this on your own hardware?

I'm using the EVM with the SPI GUI, but with my own hardware.
