I'm gonna test the high speed 14Bit-ADC and its interface with a clean Square signal to measure the SNR, SFDR, THD+N, HD2,HD3... .

There are some instruments but all of them are too expensive.

is there any evaluation kits or circuit to generate a very clean Square signal?

What ADC do you plan on testing? We offer several different captures tools based on what ADC you will be testing.

I'm building an ADS5553 board but I have to test the interface. I need a very clean square generator to test it.

all of I need is an ultra low distortion square generator :) to test the ADC interface. I can't afford to buy expensive signal generators. is there any IC or Evaluation board to achieve my goal?

Hello XYZ,

There are evaluation boards that could help you achieve your goal.

The are two evms that are programmable clock sources.

TSW4806 which is a Low cost programmable clock source

TSW3065 Standalone local oscilllator source evaluation module

The following EVMs are both fixed frequency oscillators boards at 10Mhz or 70Mhz respectively:

TSW2110

TSW2170
