ADC12J4000EVM: How to configure two ADC boards using ADC12J4000EVM GUI on a single computer?

The current EVM GUI tool can only recognize a single ADC12J4000 board at one time.

You will need to connect to and configure the boards one at a time.

I also find that the ADC boards could be configured through SPI, and a soft-core processor called Microblaze could be used to program SPI. 

Is is possible to configure two ADC boards on a single computer if I program them through SPI?

You can configure the ADC12J4000EVM ADC and clock devices using serial I/O through the FMC connector.

You will need to reconfigure the board by removing a number of 100 ohm resistors, and placing the optional resistors.

Please refer to page 6 of the ADC12J4000EVM schematic for the specific resistors to remove (noted to/from FTDI) and add (noted to/from FMC). The schematic and layout information can be found in the design package documents available here:

The relevant serial I/O pins on the FMC connector are listed on sheet 2 of the schematic.
