Hello,

I am currently conducting a reliability study that uses the ADC12D1600CCMLS IC. I believe that part is now obsolete and the newer part is ADC12D1600QML-SP. Do you have any reliability data for this part? I.e failure rate, Fits. Thank you.

The generic part number is the ADC12D1600QML-SP. The specific orderables available are shown in the product datasheet and here:

The flight unit is the ADC12D1600CCMLS, and the engineering sample is the ADC12D1600CCMPR.

This device is not obsolete, but a newer product, the ADC12D1620QML-SP has been released. The new device uses the same IC die, but has an updated package substrate design which improves dynamic performance compared to the ADC12D1600QML-SP.
