ADS7251: Output Current of REFOUT_x

We do not have REFOUT_X current mentioned in electrical char table. We do have graph showing internal reference output current Vs output voltage at 25C. Please refer to figure 36 on page16 of datasheet. It will give fair estimate of internal reference drive capacity at 25C

I will try to see if i can help you with exact internal reference output current capability

Is Rout internal reference output impedance?

Figure 36 shows I/V characteristics of internal reference. Rout mentioned here is typical output impedance of internal reference at room temperature (25C)

REFOUT_x pin is used for ADC internal conversion as well. So it is not recommended to load this pin. Loading on REFOUT_x pin should not be more than 2mA.

Can you please let me know if your application requires REFOUT_x pin to drive any load. If yes what is the load value.
