What is the advantages of using microcontroller with built in ROM based library, except having more flash space?

    Nina, this forum is with respect to qualification and reliability testing.

    For architecture specific questions, you may have better luck posting to a microcontroller forum with features you are addressing.

    One answer to your question would be that the ROM code could never have flash retention issue with long life.
