TSW40RF80EVM: Frequency range

Part Number: TSW40RF80EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMX2582, ADC32RF45, DAC38RF80, LMK04828

Hello expert,

I have a customer who needed help in  TSW40RF80EVM, please kindly help us, described as follows:

I'm interested in TSW40RF80EVM for testing.
TSW40RF80EVM has many devieces which are ADC, DAC, PLL etc.
I am reading the datasheet of devices.
I wonder what the frequency range.

My sampling freq will be 358.4Msps or 2867.2(358.2*8) Msps.

1) PLL : LMX04828
    LMX04828 has two VCO.
    VCO0 freq is 2370~2630MHz.
    VCO1 freq is 2920~3080MHZ.
So, LMX04828 could not generate 2867.2MHz because this is out of VCO range.
    Right?

2) PLL : LMX2582
VCO covers from 3.55 to 7.1 GHz.
The output freq range is from 20 MHz to 5.5GHz using divider after VCO.
    LMX2582 could generate 2867.2MHz.
    Right?

3) ADC : ADC32RF45
The input clock freq of ADC32RF45 is 1.5 ~ 3GHz by datasheet.
I think that ADC32RF45 could not do sampling below 1.5GHz.
(Is it possible 358.4Msps of sampling rate?)
If the sampling rate is below 1.5GHz, we should use the inner decimator.
    Right?

4) DAC : DAC38RF80
Although I read TSW40RF80EVM user guide, I didn't understand something.
8 page of user guide say ADC, DAC clocking options.
ADC could be connected to LMX2582 or LMX04828, DAC output clock.
In case of DAC, the information is ambiguous.
   User guide said,

NOTE : The DAC SysRef is still generated from the LMK so it must be set up properly for the desired clock frequency.

This means that DAC could be connected both of them(LMK04828 or LMX2582)
   Right?

Thank you.

Best Regards,
