ADCS7476: D3-D0 are all 0

Dear ADC experts，

A customer is evaluating our ADCS7476. They found that no matter what the input voltage is, the output data D3-D0 are always 0. The marking on the chip is X01A which means it should be a 12 bits ADCS7476, not ADCS7477 or 7478. Do you have any comment on this issue? Please see the output data waveform as below.
