1. What is your PC configuration? Win7/Win10
2. Have you installed the MMB0 USB driver?
3. Does the USB driver show up in Device Manager as NI-VISA after plugin?

2. I have not installed the MMB0 USB driver. Do you have MMB0 USB driver link web. address?
3. Have not see it.

Hi Simon,

You can try reinstalling the DXP and allow it to install the USB driver. Please check the Device Manager after installation to know whether it is detecting the MMB0 plug-in. If not, try other USB ports on the PC or restart once. I have faced similar issues in some of my PCs and they have worked after these steps.

Even if re-installed DXP software and USB driver, but it could not detect board.

I suspected MMB board was damaged.

Can I apply this board? or tell me detailed way.

Did you try rebooting your PC and inserting the USB cable on different USB ports etc.?

I doubt it's an MMB0 failure issue. It may be an issue with some Win 7 settings. I am not sure which ones.

But PC is still not detect anymore.

I have installed USB driver successfully on PC.
But why need to install NI-VISA Driver ?

Hi Simon,

You don't need to install the NI-VISA driver separately - the USB driver should do. However, I am not sure what could have gone wrong in your setup.

Let me check your problem with the development team and get back. It may take a while depending on their response.
