There are some generic usage schematics in the datasheet. See Figures 40, 41, and 44.

To make sure customer schematic works well, please help review attached ADC10738 schematic. Thanks!

16 input is 4-20mA current which is converted to voltage through resister. Output is connected to processor which could deal with 3.3V LVCMOS signal. Also AGND/DGND/GND are connected together.

Hi David,

There was not a schematic attached to the post.

You mention there are 16 inputs. Are you using two devices since the the ADC10738 has only 8 inputs? Since you are connecting this to a device that uses a 3.3V signal, will the processor be ok having its input over driven? If you have the digital supply set to 4.5V (which is the minimum) the data out high will be at 4.5V. It is ok to tie all the grounds together.
