ADS7822: Storage low temperature information

Hi Team

ADS7822 datasheet only state the storage high temperature is 125C, but didn't have low temperature information, could you help to provide this information? thanks.

Hello Randy,

The datasheet lists a specified temperature range of -40C to +85C, so the part can definitely be stored at -40C also. Normally ICs can be stored at a temperature down to -60C to -65C without damage, but I have not been able to find a listed specification for this device.

Could you help to verify ADS7822 storage low temperature value? it's very important to my customer, they need -50C storage temp. thanks.

Hi Randy,

I have not been able to find anything specific for this device. As I mentioned most devices that have this listed in their datasheet usually show -60c or -65C.

I have contacted the Quality department to see if they have more specific information. I will send you what they give me.

Hi Randy,

The reliability team does not do a minimum storage temperature test. They do run the parts through a temperature cycle of -65C to 150C for 500 cycles but do not do a storage test.
